Status: Open Location: Aston, PA Position: Manufacturing Systems Engineer Description: Responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art technologies to improve the productivity of company operations. Use a broad knowledge of production systems, mfg. Processes, metal working and forming, production planning and statistical analysis to develop, review and monitor the implementation of advanced manufacturing management strategies and resolve problems encountered. Manage projects to further use of IT within manufacturing areas and the part numbering system. Analyze information and prepare and submit reports. Perform cost/benefit analysis; participate in forecasting and or recommendations. Develop procedures, work flow and train personnel. Requirement: Must have M.A. in Mechanical Engineering. Must be member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Quality and Society of Manufacturing Engineers. 40 hr/wk.
