VISITORS GUIDE

Purpose: To ensure the safety of all visitors to our facilities.

Scope: Penn Machine (Aston facility), US Drop Forge (New Jersey facility) and Texas PMW (Houston facility). Pertains to all non-employee visitors.

All visitors must enter through the main office entrances and sign in and out with the receptionist.

Please note this is a No Smoking Facility. This policy also includes the grounds.

Visitors to our facilities must adhere to all required company safety rules as well as those required by the particular State and Federal OSHA.

The minimum requirements to visit our shop floors are:

§ Safety Glasses must be worn at all times while in plant and must have side shields attached. (They will be supplied).

§ Hard sole shoes covering entire foot are mandatory. (Steel toe for anyone working on shop floor.)

§ Hearing protection will be required for high noise

area's. (Will be supplied).

§ Certain facilities may require hard hats. (Will be supplied).

§ Visitors must remain in designated aisles at all times.

§ No photographic/video equipment permitted without prior approval by facility manager.

§ Visitors must remain with Penn Machine Works, Inc. employees at all times.

§ Please be alert at all times for moving fork-trucks.

§ Do not touch parts, tools, etc. Sharp edges may cause cuts and parts may be extremely hot.

§ In case of an emergency, your escort will direct you to the nearest exit.

§ All contractors will be required to submit certifications of up to date Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance before starting work in any of our facilities.
