Penn Machine has health care coverage and dental coverage for employees and eligible dependents.
We also provide life insurance designed to meet the needs of the employee.

401(k)

The 401(k) plan is available to all employees immediately upon starting employment with Penn Machine.

Vacation and Holidays

Penn Machine offers a vacation plan based on the number of years an employee has completed service. Standard and Floating Holidays are recognized.
