If you are using a Mac computer and have problems viewing the interactive 3D models in PDF documents, follow the steps below to open your Safari browser in 32-bit mode.

1.  Click on the Finder to open it.

2.  On the top menu bar click Go and in the dropdown menu select Applications.

3.  In the Applications window, right click on the Safari application and select Get Info.

4.  In the Safari Info window, select the option to Open in 32-bit mode.

5.  Close the Safari browser and reopen it.

6.  The Adobe Reader plugin should work properly now and display the 3D interactive models in the PDF      documents.
